Anil Khatod is a Senior Partner at Argonaut Private Equity and the George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF), with more than $6 billion under management. He is a founding partner and directs Argonaut’s and GKFF’s global investments across public and private companies in technology, financial services, and healthcare, spanning the U.S., India, China, Europe, Australia, Japan, and Israel.
Khatod has helped build numerous early‑ and growth‑stage companies, guiding them through mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs. He has served on the boards of more than 25 public and private companies, angel‑invested in over 40 companies, and currently serves on the boards of six companies, as well as advisory boards and investment committees for more than a dozen venture and private equity funds.
Previously, Khatod was CEO of AirDefense, a cybersecurity company acquired by Motorola, and Group President at Nortel Networks, where he held P&L responsibility for more than $25 billion in annual revenue and played a key role in building global leadership in optical and wireless networking.

Hitesh has built and exited multiple companies, advised Fortune 500 clients, and brings a deeply informed operator’s perspective on scaling businesses across borders.

Grace Multani is an Associate Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Alpharetta, Georgia, with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. A native of India, she began her career at American Express Financial Advisors after attending the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. As a Certified Financial Planner, Grace has advised clients on comprehensive financial planning for over two decades. She is deeply involved in the community, particularly with GIACC, where she has served as President and Immediate Past Chairperson. Grace looks forward to sharing Morgan Stanley’s perspective on investing in the current Indian landscape.
